About the Sound Healing
Our sound healing journey begins with grounding intentions to help you arrive fully in your body and the space. We then move into gentle breathwork to open the lungs and nervous system, allowing the salt air and sound to work together synergistically. From there, you’ll be guided through a full chakra-balancing sound healing using crystal singing bowls, attuned to the 7 Aspects of Love, creating a deeply immersive and restorative experience. We complete the ceremony with vocal toning to integrate the work, followed by a short sharing circle for those who feel called to reflect on their experience.
