My journey into healing began over 20 years ago when I realized I needed to heal from my tumultuous childhood, growing up in a home affected by substance abuse and domestic violence. Seeking understanding, I pursued a degree in psychology but soon realized the clinical approach wasn’t the right path for me. Instead, I found unexpected healing in Meisner acting training, which helped me unlock and express buried emotions—leading me toward my spiritual path.
I immersed myself in deep study, gaining initiation into the Modern Mystery School, where I became an adept teacher and part of the Ritual Master program. This inner transformation led to a heartbreaking separation from my now-husband, Ryan, which ultimately guided me on a pilgrimage to India. There, I met my guru, Amma, and experienced profound healing, self-responsibility, and the awakening of my heart.
Returning to the States, Ryan and I rekindled our relationship through deep honesty, communication, and renegotiation. Around the same time, I was introduced to another mentor who guided me into shamanic teachings, plant medicine, and somatic healing. This journey helped me fully forgive my father and release the pain of my past. It was through this healing that I found my true calling—guiding others toward authenticity, love, and personal transformation.
I began coaching and teaching workshops on self-development, healing, and shadow work, eventually founding an online community called “The Golden Collective” in 2017. In 2020, Ryan and I developed “The Journey of Ascension”, an immersive healing experience designed to help men and women explore their inner landscapes and cultivate deeper love in their lives. Then, in 2024, we brought our passion for healing full circle by opening “The Chakra Shop” in St. Augustine, Florida—creating a sacred space for transformation, community, and connection.
Through it all, my mission remains the same: to meet each person exactly where they are, with honesty, compassion, and intuitive guidance, helping them find their own path to healing, love, and empowerment.

Ryan Oman is a dedicated sound healer, metaphysical teacher, and visionary who walks the path of love in all its aspects. As the founder of Guided by the Omans, Ryan and his wife, Niki, create transformative experiences that attune individuals to the frequency of love through sound, sacred geometry, and deep esoteric wisdom.
Ryan’s journey has been shaped by profound spiritual experiences, including a samadhi that revealed the interconnectedness of all life. This realization fuels his work, which revolves around the heart chakra as the central hub of human experience, balancing the divine masculine and feminine energies. His teachings emphasize love as a force of integration, healing, and awakening.
A passionate crystal expert, Ryan has cultivated a unique lexicon of stone names, each chosen to embody the essence of its energy. They also align their wisdom with ancient systems, including the Greek concepts of love and the 7-chakra system, which he has correlated through a revelatory 49-day ascension journey.
Ryan’s sound healing sessions serve as a bridge for those ready to remember their true nature. Using crystal singing bowls, they facilitate vibrational realignment, helping people reclaim clarity and connection amidst the noise of modern life. Ryan and Niki’s mission is simple yet profound: to teach love in all its aspects—real, authentic love.
As a self-described “life Sherpa,” Ryan helps others ascend their own mountains of self-discovery, never imposing a path but instead pointing the way inward.
